Blue jeans may be a thing of the past. Vibrant colors of this favorite standby are popping up all over the boulevard this spring. In shades from pale pink to cobalt blue, not only are colored jeans more eye-catching, but they are also just as fun to dress up or down. Some students put their own spin on the trend by accessorizing with jewelry or a printed scarf. Of course, colored jeans are a statement piece in themselves, so many trend-setters pair the colors with simple neutral tops or sweaters to let the denim take center stage. If your jeans’ dull hues are giving you the winter blues, swap them for something in a shade of spring.
